This policy explains how Rent2Explore SARL collects, uses and protects personal data through kyrgyzstan-border-permit.com, and how data is handled for the border permit service.
1. Who we are
Rent2Explore SARL
SIRET: 935 131 383 00017
Registered office: 2 avenue du Président Pierre Angot, 64000 Pau, France
Email: contact@rent2explore.com
2. Order tracking on this website
The order tracking tool on this website works with two pieces of information that you enter yourself: your order number and the email address used for the order.
When you run a search, these two values are sent to our server only to find the matching order in our system and display its status. The information shown back to you is limited to what is needed to follow the order: traveller name, number of travellers, permit type and validity, order date, entry date, collection point, current status and the latest estimated delivery date.
Sensitive information is never displayed by the tracker. It does not show passport data, telephone numbers or payment amounts.
The tracking tool does not keep a history of your searches. The order number and email you enter are used to answer your request and are not stored by the tracker afterwards.
3. Data collected for the permit service
When you order a border permit (on ountravela.com), we may collect the following data to provide the service:
- Contact details: surname, first name, email address, telephone number.
- Order data: permit type, entry date, destination zones.
- Administrative data required for the permit: passport copy and identity information.
- Payment data: processed by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal). Rent2Explore never has access to full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information at the time of a request.
4. Purposes
We use your data to process and follow up your permit order, to transmit the required information to the issuing authority or local partner, to prevent fraud and secure the service, and to meet our legal obligations (invoicing, accounting, retention).
5. Data sharing
Your data may be shared only with the administrative partners required to issue the permit, and with our technical providers (hosting, online payment). All partners undertake to comply with the GDPR and to delete sensitive documents within a maximum of one month of use.
6. Retention
- Sensitive documents (passport scans, identity data) are deleted within a maximum of one month after the permit has been issued.
- Invoicing and transaction data is kept for 5 years, in line with legal and tax requirements.
- Technical data (logs) is kept for a maximum of 13 months.
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against accidental loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
8. Cookies
This website does not currently use tracking or analytics cookies. If such tools are added later, this policy and, where required, a consent banner will be updated accordingly.
9. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to the processing of, and request the portability of your personal data, within the limits of our legal obligations. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@rent2explore.com.
10. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the performance of a contract (your order), our legal obligations (invoicing, accounting), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement) and, where applicable, your consent.
11. Changes
We may update this policy at any time. The current version is the one published on this page.
