kyrgyzstan-border-permit.com is an information and order tracking website for the Kyrgyzstan border zone permit (the 5-zone permit and the single-zone Kel-Suu permit). Permit orders themselves are placed on the ountravela.com website.
Within this service, Rent2Explore acts as seller or technical intermediary. The border permit is issued by the competent Kyrgyz authority (the State Border Service). It does not replace a visa and does not, on its own, authorise any border crossing.
4. Liability
Rent2Explore handles permit files with due care, under an obligation of means. It cannot be held responsible for a refusal, delay or error attributable exclusively to the local or foreign authorities, or to a case of force majeure, when the file transmitted was in order.
